I paid for express shipping (2 - 3 days delivery), but it took 15 days. Asked for updates, shipping refund several times and no response ! I bought the PS5 Slim and received the XBox one package. No instructions what so ever in both box and also online ! Used the chat function and asked for some clarification and perhaps the correct manual ... still waiting for an answer. The product itself is also missing some sort of rubber covers which are shown on Youtube tutorials. And overall the controller's wall mount are not kids friendly at all. Super over priced and worst purchase ever !

I ordered floating grip with power bar. I am missing one of the black slots that mount the power bar. Not too happy, i waited 2 weeks for my package to arrive and i am missing a part.

I have gotten one for all of my consoles that I have had. Easy install and easy to put in and out of the ropes for taking the console on the go.
I bought the Wallmount for the PS5 with 2 controllers and im so happy with my decision! It looks really clean and unique cause you dont even see the mount it self. You can only see the Floating PS5 and the Floating controllers which is pretty clean in my opinion! 5/5

Love my PS5 floating grip. Really finishes my set up off. The instructions could be a bit better on how to actually mount the PS5, maybe some exploded bubbles of where the actual ropes should run on the console would be really helpful.
