What is the status of my order?
To check your order status, simply log into your account and click "Order History."
When is my credit card charged?
Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours from the time you place your order.
Do I need to setup an account to place an order?
You do not need to set up an account to place an order. However creating an account allows you to store your shipping information, see order history, and view your product’s warranty information.

Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.
How long will it take to get my orders?
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 2-4 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 5-10 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

What is your return policy?
All products purchased from our website, may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund less shipping costs, no questions asked.
Return shipping cost is on your own expence. We do not supply any paid return label.

Do you save my bank details?
Absolutely not! We never have access to this information. It is the company Stripe that deals with it. Your data is completely safe.
